  • 2 parking attendants to direct your guests where to park
  • Golf cart (for use by staff to assist handicap/elderly guests or for your photographer to use when exploring the grounds for photo opportunities)
  • Cross Keys Barn staff stay on site to ensure your event runs as smoothly as possible
  • We provide 10 --32 gallon trashcans & liners
  • Staff will maintain trashcans, bathrooms, spills, etc during the event (including trash take away at the end of the night)
  • Staff will take care of cleaning the entire facility after the event

Capacity for the entire barn is 250 and with careful planning can seat up to 200 people in the main event area of the barn.  If you choose to use our tables and chairs Cross Keys Barn LLC, we will take care of the set up and tear down.  This convenient service is one less thing the bride and groom need to worry about on their busy day!  You may customize your seating plan to fit your needs and preferences.  You will be given a blueprint and cutouts of available tables in order to completely customize the seating layout for your event.
